我的郵箱不能接收國(guó)外的郵件，國(guó)內(nèi)的可以接收，請(qǐng)解決！

如果能收國(guó)內(nèi)的，不能收國(guó)外的郵件，有可能是該封郵件被判定為垃圾郵件，所以拒收了。這種情況下對(duì)方會(huì)收到我司服務(wù)器發(fā)出的拒收原
因，如：用其它信箱向我司的郵局服務(wù)器發(fā)送郵件時(shí)服務(wù)器提示： 554 mail server permanently rejected message懷疑為垃圾郵件
(#5.3.0)，同時(shí).為了防止病毒郵件，我司企業(yè)郵局拒絕接收附件文件擴(kuò)展名為"exe,bat,vbs,pif,com"的郵件．
解決辦法是：只有叫發(fā)件方減少垃圾詞匯，防止我司系統(tǒng)判其為垃圾郵件，詳見(jiàn)：

我司未使用反垃圾的黑名單功能，不會(huì)拒收某些ip來(lái)的郵件，所以不存在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外的郵件特殊處理的情況。
如果用我司的郵局發(fā)送到國(guó)外的信箱，對(duì)方收不到郵件，則有可能是國(guó)外的郵件服務(wù)器把我司的Ip段列入了垃圾郵件黑名單，所以拒收了。國(guó)
外為了加強(qiáng)反垃圾郵件能力，將國(guó)內(nèi)的若干IP段都列入了黑名單，所以拒收來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)的郵件是很經(jīng)常的事。
這時(shí)您可以分析您收到的退信，根據(jù)退信內(nèi)容可以判斷出原因來(lái)：

Giving up on 64.202.166.12. 這就是說(shuō)61.139.126.*（我司企業(yè)郵局的IP段）被列為了黑名單，這臺(tái)國(guó)外的郵件服務(wù)器會(huì)拒絕接收。
解決的辦法是：在我司郵件系統(tǒng)里面，點(diǎn)發(fā)郵件>再點(diǎn)“發(fā)送國(guó)外郵件”，通過(guò)這個(gè)功能可以選擇美國(guó)中繼服務(wù)器直接發(fā)到海外信箱，以解決國(guó)內(nèi)IP被列入黑名單的問(wèn)題。發(fā)送國(guó)外郵件 暫存在草稿箱 顯示增強(qiáng)功能
如果遇到不能收、發(fā)信的情況，最好多拿幾個(gè)信箱測(cè)試一下，先根據(jù)其退信的內(nèi)容來(lái)判斷原因：下面是幾封常見(jiàn)的退信：

這是由我司的郵局發(fā)送到[email protected]，對(duì)方提示：郵件不可用，可能不存在這個(gè)信箱，所以會(huì)收不到。

這個(gè)是從我司郵局發(fā)到國(guó)外，但是國(guó)外的這個(gè)郵局要求做反解析，而國(guó)內(nèi)的大多數(shù)郵局都不支持反解析，所以發(fā)送失敗。
